The Communication Workers Union is slowly but surely turning into like those trade union in many companies whose presence are there as a custom for all those companies to have a trade union to check the boxes of government employment law - nothing more , nothing less but just a trade union with no teeth.

We've been dealing with unachievable duties for over a year now. The solution Is another revision with longer spans and that stupid 2.0 model with one large frame for the entire office. CWU are a fucking joke useless people living off our subs.

We have no IR rep in our unit we do 40 minutes lapsing EVERY day no matter what If you say you are dropping or want to work to your ours you get the 4th degree and threats Over 50 per cent of our staff are over the age of 50 yet are still asked to do the same as we did when we were young men despite having aches and pains Staff retention is virtually nil Every new starter leaves because 25 hour contract doesn’t actually mean that Almost everyone I speak to in the unit is fed up We can’t go in like this but we have no one to turn to

They cannot retain staff due to ridiculous workloads ,not everyone can adopt the work to your time mantra and just let the work build up mentality, people are different , to retain staff you must have achievable workloads

All of our members will be automatically enrolled, does that mean members that have taken all their pension that don't pay into a pension scheme that have only a few years to retirement suddenly have to start pay into it or can they opt out?.

We have 2 people still working at our office they are both 69 they can't afford to live with no job,

So the Union puts forward its Subject Matter Experts, Andy, who doesn’t know what PSE is on the current pension! That doesn’t give me confidence. So he knows it’s the scheme that saves members and the company payments on the National Insurance they have to pay. Maybe he should look this up urgently.

Andy , can you answer me this , along my 25 years in the business, as an opg and now professional driver , my various pensions were based on half pensionable pay while managers pensions are full pensionable pay , In this new scheme we are deemed to be all in together , does that mean that my new collective pension will be based on my fully pensionable pay ?

Do Posties realise how much your General Secretary Earns??? £143.000 per annum. In your relation M.P, earns £95.000 and the Prime Minister earns £160.000 -£170.000. Bonkers how does he justify that?? Your General Secretary has now committed Posties to including Sundays as part of the working week for peanuts. He now needs to get a bag on his shoulder and go out on the streets for 5hrs a day. 5 days a week in all weather's and realise how under valued our Postal workers are Mainly by the decisions your General Secretary has made after strike action that made all Postal workers worse off

As if you will get to use the surplus to get the pay out date back to 65 lol, About as likely as full sick pay being reintroduced. RM are clawing money of us left right and centre and the CWU are powerless.
